I had been working in Corporate World as Global Head of Quality for Hornby Hobbies …. 7 Countries, 11 different brands, very different business and market place needs and I thought one day what am I doing so I became a qualified personal trainer, gym instructor, Nutritionist, CACI Expert, Master Herbalist, Aromatherapist. I Converted an Annex onto my home with a Gym and treatment room and met Sarah Reeves, Also a Qualified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Crystal Healing Specialist, Beautician & Hair Dresser and we have been working together as Simple Serenity. I have spent the past 5 years developing a bespoke diet and exercise programme whilst providing CACI, Beauty and Holistic Therapies and Gym to build a foundation in readiness for transition into a more serious clinical type of establishment.
